PLANNING PROCESS
Once we are assigned to the project, our expert will follow the process of delivering the architectural projects. Our process will help us, and our valuable client to track workflow, and keep things in order to follow our checklist.
Step 1
INITIAL PROPERTY SURVEY
One of our surveyors will attend to your property and perform an architectural survey. During this visit, we will discuss your requirements and aspirations about the proposed works.
STEP 2
ARCHITECTURAL PLANNING
Draft plans and elevations are produced for discussion. You will have your opportunity to review and comment on the draft layout presented. Plans will be revised with your feedback and final plans are prepared for planning submission.
Step 3
GAINING PLANNING PERMISSION
LENIO will submit the plans and relevant documents to the Local Authority for planning permission.
