A sophisticated new culvert structure was constructed to effectively manage flooding. LENIO contributed to the project by delivering comprehensive rebar detailing for the culvert, wing walls, and foundations, ensuring structural integrity and resilience.
Center for Green Technology
The project involves constructing a three-story reinforced concrete building at Peterborough College, covering 2,300 square meters. The foundation includes piles and ground beams, with reinforced concrete floors and walls. LENIO Consultants provided rebar detailing and bar bending shedule for the structural engineers using CADSRC software for precise scheduling.
High Street Addlestone
Demolition of 12 no existing flats at High Street, Addlestone; and the construction of 26no replacement flats over 4no floors, with associated car-parking, refuse and cycle storage. LENIO Consultants supported with all the rebar detailing for the foundations, ground beams and other reinforced concrete structures.
